The necklace is gorgeous, great quality and arrived earlier. It is a xmas gift for my mum, something she has wanted to do with my late brothers ashes for years now. Im hoping she will love it. Came with everything I needed to place his ashes inside. (Didn't enjoy that part) the team from belle stayed in touch incase there was any last minute changes. They were very sweet too.
