It is my hope that if you are in most parts of NSW like me, you have been able to hold up during the lockdown.
When you have four kids at home and need to get some work done while trying to have some personal time, it can prove to be difficult.
Thankfully, music and podcasts are wonderful stress relievers. During breaks from work and while I walk around the block, I listen to Workout music and Mindfulness playlists on Spotify. I find that listening to songs that have a 120 bpm helps pace your steps better.
One of my friends is going through a very stressful time at the moment, and I told her how much music has helped me cope and lifted my spirits. With the playlist inscribed on a Music Tag, I decided to share it in a more personal way. I even made a Love Songs tag for my husband to carry with him at all times. What do you think of them? :)
