Has celebrating a birthday during lockdown forced you to be creative?
Particularly a big sweet 16?
My niece is celebrating her sweet 16 today, something she's been looking forward to for so long. Although it may be difficult to celebrate with her extended family while the borders are closed, I still wanted to give her something special to commemorate this special milestone.
It was important to me to choose a design that:
1. Could grow with her and keep until she is older
2. Will be relevant at every point in her life
3. She may add to throughout her life
I decided to gift her the Moments Bracelet with a few charms. A cross to symbolise her faith, a girl with her name, an apple (we laugh at her apple addiction) and a pawprint as a symbol of her dog, Pokey.
The Moments Bracelet can also grow with her, since the extension chain can be removed for now and later added as she grows.
The great thing about this is, I will never run out of gifts to celebrate special moments in her life since I can personalise more meaningful charms for her Moments Bracelet.
